Wrens' class have been studying the story of Little Red Riding Hood this week. We decided to make our own cakes just like Red Riding Hood did in the story. On Wednesday, the children enjoyed a walk through the village to the shop to buy ingredients. On Thursday we put on our cooking aprons and used our mathematical knowledge to carefully weigh out the ingredients. We all had a turn at mixing the batter. The finished muffins were delicious!
