There were some fantastic performances in our House Cross Country on Friday afternoon. The sun shone and the rain stayed away for a great afternoon of competition. Running in year groups the children demonstrated our Abberley values of courage and perseverance to complete the course around the playground and school field. Compassion was also on display as the children cheered on their peers. A special shout out must go to the Playleaders who performed their role as course marshals with confidence and maturity. In a very close competition Elm House just edged first place with a total of 159 points.
