The dinosaur is back! 
He has been stomping around the Early Years outdoor area this week and leaving clues behind so we can discover a bit more about him.  We found some bones which we pieced together to make a skeleton just like real palaeontologists.  Then we found an egg which enabled us to work out that dinosaurs were reptiles.  Did you know the name dinosaur means "terrible lizard"?
We made a nest to keep our egg safe and imagine our excitement today when we discovered it had hatched! We now have a baby stegosaurus to take care of.
